Sperati reproduced the 1843 issue 5c+5c Geneva Cantonal, the 1845 issue 5c Small Eagle and the 1846-1848 issue 5c large Eagle. There are two types of the 5c+5c reproductions, one of the whole stamp and the other of the right half only. All cancels are forged.

1. there is a break in the top of the "R" of "PORT" in top label

2. on left stamp there is a small dot between the "t" and "e" of "Poste"

3. on the right stamp, there is a break in the left inner frameline3mm from bottom

1. the thin top frameline is weak over "Cent."

2. there is a white spot in the background below the "T" of "NTONAL"

3. there is a white flaw at top of the "c" of "Local"

1. in "Geneve." there is a dot to the left of the middle of the first "e" and the "n" has a nick on its right leg

2. the shading line to the left of the barrel of the key has a blob near its top

3. the base of the P of "Port" is nearly broken away and the "c" has its top arm broken away

1. the top serif of the "s" of "Poste" is deformed and joined to the cross of the "t"

2. the thick frameline at foot has a nick on top side below the "t" of "Port"

1. the loop of "P" of "Poste" is broken at top right and there is a spot inside

2. the bottom serif of the "C" of "Cantonal" is shaped like a tilde
